Refund & Exchange Policy
We hope you love the pieces you bring into your home from Luz & Rang. But we understand — sometimes things don’t align.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for store credit or a replacement (if the same item is in stock).
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Final sale or discounted items
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition.
- We cannot accept items that are damaged, soiled, or altered by the customer.
- To ensure safe return, please use a trackable and insured shipping method.
Shipping Responsibility
- Change-of-mind returns: Customers cover return shipping costs.
- Damaged or defective items: Luz & Rang will cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
How to Start a Return
- Support@luzrang.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue store credit or send a replacement (if available).
